At Home Identity, we stand behind the quality of our products and want to make sure that you are compltely satisfied with your purchase. Our products are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but in the event you are not satisfied simply follow the instructions below.
Returns and Exchanges
You may return any item purchased excluding leather or upholstered products within 7 days. Pending inspection, a refund or credit will be issued to you for the value of the item including taxes. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Leather and Upholstery Return/Exchange Policy
At Home Identity, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. Attention to detail in design, materials, and construction is always at the forefront. Every item is carefully inspected before leaving our store. We encourage you to do the same upon receipt of your purchase. In the event that damage occurs in transit, or if you discover any manufacturing defect, please contact us at 404.350.7990 within 3 days. Upon return, we will issue a full refund or store credit for the value of the item (including taxes) as long as the product is returned in its original condition
